Health data (weight, steps, fasting, nutrition) is considered a special category of personal data under GDPR (Article 9). We only process this data based on your explicit consent, which you provide when you choose to use these features.

4. How long we keep your data
- Account data: retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery
- Health data: deleted immediately upon account deletion or upon your request
- Points and transaction history: individual transaction records are retained for 3 months, after which they are automatically deleted. Aggregated profile data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Newsletter email: retained until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: retained for a maximum of 26 months
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We work with the following third-party service providers who may process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google — app distribution (Google Play), analytics, and account services
- Stripe — payment processing (website purchases, phase 2)
